Complex progressive die draws are an IMS BUHRKE-OLSON specialty. Parts are often stainless or aluminized steel.

Exceptionally tight tolerance components usually made from HSLA.

SHIELDING:
Many of these types of parts are made out of plain or tin-plated copper or brass and are used for EM/RFI shielding.

WELDED & TOXED ASSEMBLIES:
IMS BUHRKE-OLSON offers special capabilities in robotic welding and joining of complicated assemblies. Finished assemblies are often E-coated as a final manufacturing step.
