“On June 18, 2008 IMS Companies LLC acquired Olson International Ltd. Over the next several months the operations of Olson International will be blended with those of Buhrke Industries. Buhrke Industries is another IMS company that, like Olson International, specializes in custom, precision metal stamping and assembly.The combined companies will be known as IMS Buhrke-Olson.

This new entity expands on each company’s individual status as industry leading providers of custom components to the automotive, appliance electronic, industrial and medical equipment manufacturing industries”.
