Engineering Services

Buhrke, through its parent company, IMS, offers a high degree of expertise in tooling, stamping, fabrication, machining and assembly services much broader than single focus companies can offer.  Early engineering involvement, including design for manufacturability, tool design and cost reduction program assistance, either from individual IMS operating units or as a whole, makes Buhrke an even greater value-added supplier.

Custom Assembly Procurement

Buhrke specializes in assembling the stampings we make for you and delivering a complete subassembly, ready to incorporate into your production line. For those high-volume subassemblies, Buhrke engineers are ready to streamline the process by custom designing an automated line.

In order to serve you better, we work with your other suppliers to procure plastic and other key components, then complete your subassembly. You enjoy the convenience of a single-source provider.
